Sandium's tech (Chris C) stopped by as scheduled and did a thorough job of inspecting our heater and suggested some small fixes (which could be delayed). He was efficient, knowledgeable and left everything clean. The service overall was great.

Earlier this year I replaced our aging (and braking) gas furnace and A/C unit with a brand-new heatpump-based system. The original installer did a shoddy job and after they botched a subsequent repair attempt (under warranty) I sent them packing and called Sandium. Robert Shuper from Sandium provided a thorough analysis of the situation and recommended a code-compliant re-installation of the air handler, a better pipe layout, and updating the existing (but long defunct) 2-zone system. One of the newly installed units had technical issues and Sandium technicians troubleshooted the system in coordination with the factory, measured that all parameters were as expected, and got the system working as expected. My lesson: next time I will call Sandium right away. Highly recommended. The technicians are professional, communicate well, and know what they are doing.

Just had a great tune up service from Christopher C.
We had Sandium instal an AC system to our home back in 2015, and we have never regretted going with Sandium. Our system is working just as well as the day it was installed.

He went to the attic where our unit is located during the hottest time of the day. I was able to easily schedule them. They came out and serviced my air conditioning and heating unit for my home. They explained everything that they did very thoroughly explained how to bring everything up to the latest code and the pros and cons of those improvements if I chose them moving forward, and my service technician was very professional and kind. He was very easy to talk to. I would recommend them hands-down, no reservations.
